Rec'd day after ordering. But I live just one hour away, to be fair. Came with instructions to set up, which were not needed, since it was plug and play.

Rob was very helpful in selecting the product. It seems to be a "one size fits all" model because some of the programmable functions, like the time, etc., in the installation sheet would not program as detailed. No fault of vitaspaparts.com. Easy installation and the hot tub is back in operation.
